If you have questions, please give me a call. If you're ready to make an appointment, you can do it a few different ways:

Online: This is probably the easiest way to schedule an appointment. Just click here: Appointments.
Telephone: Feel free to call me at 602-690-7763 to schedule an appointment. I can't always answer my phone right away, but if you'll leave me a message, I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
Email: You can also email me the set up an appointment. If you choose this option, please be sure to let me know something about your schedule so that I can set an appointment time that will work for you.

If this will be your first appointment, be sure to download the intake documents, fill them out, and bring them to your first session.
